Payment and Shipping

Payment Information

All prices in our online shop are stated in euros, including statutory VAT and excluding any applicable shipping costs. Your payment is, of course, processed in encrypted form and in accordance with the highest security standards.

Credit Card

If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorise LIVOSY (C. Franzen GmbH & Co. KG), by providing your card details (card type, card number, expiry date and security code), to charge the invoice amount upon completion of your order. The charge is processed immediately. For additional security, 3D Secure verification is required (e.g. “Verified by Visa”, “Mastercard SecureCode” or “American Express SafeKey”).

PayPal

If you select PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal after completing your order. There, you log into your account and confirm the payment in accordance with PayPal’s procedures.

Prepayment

If you choose prepayment, you transfer the invoice amount to our account in advance. Our bank details are as follows:

Please note that we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods in individual cases or to suggest alternative payment options.

If an item is unavailable or if a contract cannot be concluded for other reasons, we will of course refund any payments already made without delay. Any further statutory rights remain unaffected.

Shipping Information

Delivery Times

The delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and payment method. With DHL Express, delivery is usually made on the next working day. For standard shipping, the exact delivery time is displayed in the online shop as well as in your order confirmation or shipping notification.

PayPal

For payments made via PayPal, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded, i.e. after receipt of your order confirmation or shipping notification.

Shipping Methods

Your order will be shipped via DHL Parcel, DHL Express or (for international shipments) UPS, depending on your selection.

Orders placed by 14:00 are usually dispatched on the same day (except for prepayment – in this case, dispatch takes place after receipt of payment).
