Its deep purple finish shifts beautifully with the light, moving somewhere between aubergine, plum and dark berry. The Addison Ross mill is crafted from sustainably sourced rubberwood and finished with eight coats of glossy lacquer, each one hand-polished to create its rich, reflective surface. A polished stainless-steel screw knob provides a cool contrast to the intense colour, while a ceramic grinding mechanism sits inside.
