Payment & Delivery
Payment Information
All prices shown in our online shop are in Euro (€), including applicable VAT and excluding any shipping costs. All payments are processed securely using encrypted connections and industry-standard security measures.
Credit Card
If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorise LIVOSY (C. Franzen GmbH & Co. KG) to charge the total order amount by providing your card details (card type, card number, expiry date and security code). Your card will be charged immediately after your order has been completed. For additional security, 3D Secure authentication is required (e.g. Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check or American Express SafeKey).
PayPal
If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal after completing your order. Simply log in to your PayPal account and confirm the payment.
Klarna Pay Later
When choosing Klarna Pay Later, you pay your invoice directly to Klarna after receiving your order. Klarna will provide you with all payment details and the applicable payment deadline once your order has been completed.
Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account before your order is dispatched. Our bank details are as follows:

Please note that we reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods or offer alternative payment options in individual cases.
If an item is unavailable or a contract cannot be concluded for any other reason, any payments already made will of course be refunded without delay. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Shipping Information
Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and payment option selected. Orders shipped with DHL Express are usually delivered on the next working day. For standard delivery, the estimated delivery time is displayed directly in our online shop and will also be confirmed in your order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
PayPal
If you pay via PayPal, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract has been concluded, i.e. after you have received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation.
DHL Express
If you choose DHL Express and place your order by 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday), your parcel will usually be delivered on the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
