Each pillar candle measures 12 cm in height and 8 cm in diameter and is cast from solid-coloured paraffin wax. The soft Ivory shade sits somewhere between cream and pale beige, making it wonderfully easy to combine with natural materials, colourful interiors or a more pared-back setting. One of its defining details is the hand-polished surface with its subtle sheen. The distinctive rounded top and gently recessed candle plate give the design its characteristic finish. A waxed wick, integrated burn stop and carefully formulated paraffin contribute to a calm, even burn. With a burn time of approximately 65 hours per candle, their warm glow is made to stay around for a while. The paraffin is vegan and REACH-certified, and the candles are made in Germany. And as two candles are already the beginnings of a rather lovely lighting arrangement, they arrive as a pair.
