Ribbed Candle Velvet Lacquer Ivory 15 cm Set of 4

Four flames. One rather good idea.

Four matching candles can change the mood of a room rather more than their modest job description suggests. Vertical ribs give the familiar cylindrical shape a graphic rhythm, while the matt Velvet Lacquer finish keeps the overall look soft and calm. It becomes particularly interesting in candlelight: rather than strongly reflecting the light, the matt surface catches it, allowing subtle highlights and shadows to move across the individual ribs. The Velvet Lacquer is also resistant to fingerprints. A useful detail, because arranging four candles tends to involve moving them left, right and then left again. Each ribbed candle is made in Germany from solid-coloured vegan paraffin wax, dipped and hand-finished, while the paraffin used is REACH certified. With an approximate burn time of 68 hours per candle, the set leaves plenty of time for dinners, long conversations and unhurried evenings at home.

Ivory leaves plenty of room for your own ideas

The manufacturer's Ivory shade sits somewhere between off-white and a very pale, warm beige. It feels understated without appearing cool, making these four ribbed candles easy to rearrange throughout the year.
