This set of four ENGELS KLASSIK ribbed candles by Engels Kerzen brings together four matching pillar candles in Flechte, a muted green with a calm, naturally earthy character. Each ribbed candle is 15 cm high and 8 cm in diameter and is handcrafted in Germany from vegan paraffin wax. Its defining feature is the evenly ribbed surface: vertical grooves add depth and an almost graphic rhythm to the classic cylindrical shape. The candles are finished with Engels Kerzen's matt Velvet Lacquer, which captures light rather than strongly reflecting it and gives Flechte its soft, rich appearance. There is a practical advantage, too: the surface is resistant to fingerprints. Each candle is coloured throughout, dipped and offers a burn time of approximately 68 hours.
