The SENTIMENTALS EASY CALM HORIZON scented candle by Engels Kerzen brings exactly that feeling home – while its deep burgundy satin-finished glass looks rather good even before the match is struck. Inside is vegan rapeseed wax carrying a carefully layered warm fragrance. Caramel, nutmeg and warming clove form a gently sweet, spicy opening, followed by blood orange, sweet cinnamon and Tahitian vanilla. Creamy sandalwood, heliotrope and musk settle underneath, giving the fragrance its soft, calm base. The result is a nuanced home fragrance with a distinctly wintry character, creating warmth without making the room smell as though the entire spice cupboard has joined in.
