Product information "Christmas Hanging Ornament Pug with Santa Hat"
Father Christmas has four paws this year
That expression says it all: the Christmas hat probably wasn't his idea. The Gift Company Light Brown Pug with Santa Hat Hanging Ornament introduces a wonderfully grumpy-looking little companion to your Christmas tree, whose serious expression only makes him more endearing. Made from glass, this charming Christmas decoration depicts a seated pug with characteristic facial wrinkles, large dark eyes, a short muzzle and small ears that stick out to either side. His light brown and beige fur has a warm metallic sheen, while the darker face and carefully sculpted folds give him that unmistakable pug expression. Perched on his head is a bright red Santa hat with a white trim and a soft-looking tip that falls gently to one side. A red hanging ribbon transforms this rather comfortable-looking little dog into an unexpected Christmas tree ornament. Measuring 11.5 cm high, 6.5 cm wide and 7 cm deep, the glass figure is a lovely size for displaying among festive branches and baubles. At approximately 40 grams, he is light enough for a suitably sturdy branch. And although he looks slightly unconvinced by the whole festive arrangement, he seems to have accepted his new role as a Christmas decoration rather well.
A face that tells a thousand Christmas stories
Pugs have a remarkable talent for expressing an entire range of emotions with a single look. The Gift Company hanging ornament captures that familiar charm beautifully. Its large eyes, distinctive facial folds and slightly downturned mouth give the little dog an almost human expression, while the red Santa hat adds a cheerful contrast to his warm brown colouring. The result is a Christmas ornament that feels playful without being overly elaborate. It looks particularly lovely among traditional red and gold baubles, warm white fairy lights and natural greenery. For a softer festive palette, pair it with cream, copper or deep green decorations, allowing the gentle shimmer of the glass to catch the light. The pug also makes a delightful addition to a decorative branch or a thoughtfully wrapped Christmas present. For dog lovers, devoted pug owners and anyone who appreciates festive decorations with a sense of humour, it is a charming little gift. As the ornament is made from glass, handle it carefully and display it on a sturdy branch away from young children and curious pets.
Good cheer doesn't always need a smile
Since 1991, Hamburg-based Gift Company has been creating imaginative gifts and home accessories that bring colour, character and a playful spirit into everyday life. Its cheerful German motto, “Ein Bunt fürs Leben”, reflects the brand's belief that decorative objects can do more than simply look attractive. They can tell stories, express personality and bring a smile to someone's face. The varied Gift Company collection includes unusual hanging ornaments, Artisan vases, Love Plates glass dishes, Love Trays decorative trays, Madras lanterns and Voile glass storage jars. The Pug with Santa Hat fits naturally into this creative world. Its carefully detailed expression, warm glass finish and slightly crooked festive hat combine traditional Christmas decoration with a wonderfully individual character. At LIVOSY, we appreciate pieces that bring personality into the home without relying on passing trends. Alongside understated design classics, there is always room for a little companion who appears to be taking Christmas entirely in his stride. Manufactured in China, this glass ornament shows that a decorative object does not need to be particularly loud to attract attention. Sometimes a slightly sceptical pug expression is quite enough.
A faithful companion for Christmas after Christmas
The Gift Company Pug with Santa Hat Hanging Ornament looks delightful alongside other animal-themed Christmas decorations and playful glass figures from the brand. Combine it with cats, other dogs or traditional festive ornaments to create a Christmas tree that reflects your personality and perhaps your affection for four-legged family members. For a quieter arrangement, let the light brown pug take centre stage among champagne, gold or cream-coloured baubles. This allows the carefully detailed face and bright red Santa hat to stand out beautifully. It also makes a thoughtful little Christmas present for a pug owner or a charming reminder of a much-loved pet. Supplied as one light brown glass hanging ornament measuring 11.5 × 6.5 × 7 cm, this endearing little dog is ready to become part of your festive traditions. Bring him out year after year and give him a familiar place among the branches. He will probably greet every Christmas with exactly the same expression. And that is precisely why we love him.
