Christmas Hanging Ornament Yoga Santa Tree Pose

All is calm, all is surprisingly flexible

Delivering presents, managing reindeer and keeping the Christmas magic alive is quite a demanding job. Even Father Christmas deserves a little time on the yoga mat. The Gift Company Yoga Santa Tree Pose Hanging Ornament captures Santa in a wonderfully unexpected moment of festive mindfulness, bringing a playful sense of calm to the Christmas tree. Made from polyresin and glass, the figure measures 15.7 cm in height, 6 cm in width and 5.4 cm in depth. Santa is practising the classic yoga tree pose, also known as Vrksasana, balancing on one leg with the other bent and his arms raised above his head. His glossy red top with sparkling stripes, bright green trousers and generous white beard create a cheerful combination of traditional Christmas colours. A glittering green Christmas tree on his jumper adds another festive detail, while his bare feet and expressive face make the little yogi particularly endearing. Silver-coloured glitter accents and a deep purple hanging ribbon complete the design. Weighing approximately 38 grams, this unusual Christmas tree ornament can be displayed on a suitable branch. And while the rest of us are still wondering where we put the wrapping paper, Santa appears to have found his inner peace.

A little namaste amongst the Christmas chaos

Between present shopping, festive preparations and the annual debate about who gets to decorate the tree, a moment of calm can feel rather welcome. The Gift Company Yoga Santa Ornament offers a gentle reminder that Christmas is also a time to slow down and enjoy the moment. In yoga, tree pose is associated with balance, concentration and stability. Seeing Father Christmas, arguably one of the busiest people in December, practising it with such determination gives the decoration its wonderfully playful character. It's an especially thoughtful gift for yoga enthusiasts, yoga teachers, Pilates lovers and anyone who appreciates a little humour alongside their festive traditions. It also makes a charming Secret Santa present or a small seasonal surprise for a friend from yoga class. Beyond the Christmas tree, the ornament can be displayed on a decorative branch or incorporated into a festive arrangement. As it combines glass and polyresin, a secure hanging position is recommended to help protect the figure from accidental falls. A little balance is good for everyone, particularly delicate Christmas decorations.

Enlightenment comes with a glittery beard

Gift Company is a Hamburg-based design brand that has been creating colourful gifts and imaginative home accessories since 1991. Its cheerful motto, “Ein Bunt fürs Leben”, celebrates the pleasure of bringing colour, creativity and a little unexpected humour into everyday life. Familiar objects and traditional themes are given playful new interpretations, resulting in decorative pieces that invite a smile without taking themselves too seriously. Yoga Santa is a particularly charming example of this approach. By combining the familiar figure of Father Christmas with a contemporary wellness activity, Gift Company creates a festive character that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly different. The glossy surfaces, bright red and green colours and sparkling details retain the warmth of traditional Christmas decorations, while the unusual yoga pose gives the design its distinctive personality. Manufactured in China, the ornament reflects the brand's love of imaginative decorative accessories. At LIVOSY, we enjoy discovering pieces that celebrate personal interests and bring individuality into the home. Christmas decorations can be beautiful, meaningful and occasionally rather amusing, all at the same time.

Finding your festive centre of gravity

With his red top, bright green trousers and sparkling white beard, Yoga Santa feels right at home amongst traditional Christmas baubles, stars and fairy lights. Gold and silver glass ornaments make particularly lovely companions, picking up the glittering accents and creating a cheerful festive arrangement. For a more playful Christmas tree, combine him with other unusual hanging ornaments from Gift Company and build a collection of decorations that reflect the personalities and interests of the people who live in your home. The figure also looks charming hanging from a single fir branch in a vase or as a little surprise within a winter-inspired display. Beyond its seasonal decorations, our changing LIVOSY selection includes more Gift Company favourites, such as Artisan vases, Love Plates glass plates, Love Trays decorative trays and Voile glass storage jars. Supplied individually, the Gift Company Yoga Santa Tree Pose Ornament is a delightful choice for anyone who enjoys Christmas traditions with a little mindfulness and a healthy sense of humour. Santa has clearly mastered the art of balance. Now he just needs to work out how to deliver presents without putting his foot down.
