Product information "Tealight Holder PAPPERLAPAPP"
A little cheeky, wonderfully bright
Papperlapapp! Here's a candle holder that clearly has no intention of blending into the background. The Gift Company PAPPERLAPAPP lantern from the colourful Madras collection brings a playful splash of neon orange, a shimmering gold interior and a rather cheeky inscription to your home. Made from iron, this round tealight holder measures 8.5 cm in height and 10 cm in diameter. Its gently curved silhouette, matt orange exterior and metallic detailing create a lovely contrast between bold colour and warm reflections. Once a tealight is lit inside, the gold-coloured surface catches the flickering flame, creating a soft, inviting glow. And the word PAPPERLAPAPP? It's a wonderfully German way of saying 'Nonsense!' or 'Oh, rubbish!' – a little reminder that interiors don't always have to take themselves quite so seriously. Even before the candle is lit, this small decorative piece has plenty to say.
Good moods deserve a place at the table
On a coffee table beside your favourite books, adding a splash of colour to a dinner setting or brightening up a hallway console, the Gift Company Madras candle holder is surprisingly easy to make room for. Its compact dimensions allow it to sit comfortably amongst existing home accessories, while the vibrant combination of neon orange and gold introduces a lively contrast. Pair it with natural wood, linen or understated ceramics and the colour really comes into its own. The gold-coloured interior reflects the candlelight, bringing warmth to the arrangement as the evening draws in. Even without a lit tealight, the lantern works as a decorative object in its own right. It also makes a thoughtful little gift for someone who appreciates good design, bright colours and a sense of humour. After all, a present that raises a smile before it's even unwrapped is already off to a promising start.
A little colour goes a long way
Founded in 1991, Gift Company is a Hamburg-based creative brand with a cheerful approach to gifts and home accessories. Its philosophy is refreshingly straightforward: everyday life is more enjoyable with a little colour, personality and humour. The Madras collection captures that spirit through vibrant finishes, metallic accents and expressive designs. Crafted from iron in India, the PAPPERLAPAPP lantern combines a simple, rounded shape with a distinctive message that gives it an unmistakable personality. At LIVOSY, we appreciate objects that feel personal rather than predictable. A thoughtfully furnished home can embrace calm, neutral pieces while still leaving room for something unexpected. That's why our changing selection of Gift Company designs includes pieces such as Artisan vases, Love Plates, Love Trays and other accessories that bring a playful touch to everyday living.
Let the evening do the talking
The PAPPERLAPAPP lantern in neon orange and gold looks particularly charming alongside other Madras candle holders in different colours or with contrasting messages. Group a few together for a relaxed, individual arrangement, or let this one take centre stage against a quieter backdrop of glass, pale ceramics and natural textures. It also pairs beautifully with Gift Company's colourful Love Trays, creating a cheerful display on a sideboard or coffee table. Weighing approximately 130 grams, the lantern is easy to move around whenever you fancy a change of scenery. Each purchase includes one iron lantern, ready to be paired with a suitable tealight. Place it on your dining table, beside your favourite armchair or wherever a warm glow feels welcome. Because sometimes the nicest finishing touch is the one that makes your guests smile.
