Positioned above the flames, the solid cast iron grate creates an intense high-heat zone for powerful searing, rich roasted flavours and beautifully caramelised surfaces. With a generous diameter of 31 cm, the Sear Grate offers plenty of space for steaks, vegetables, fish or even a wok pan. Thanks to its height-adjustable construction, you can easily control the distance to the fire for either aggressive searing or gentler cooking. The heavy cast iron stores heat exceptionally well and distributes it evenly, while the stainless steel support ring ensures reliable stability. The included lifter allows you to reposition or remove the grate safely, even when the flames are fully alive.
