Sometimes it simply turns out not to be quite right.

If you would like to withdraw from a contract, that's no problem. You can use this form to submit your statutory withdrawal request quickly and easily. For orders within the European Union, you have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date you receive your goods. Once we receive your request, we will review it and keep you informed about the next steps as soon as possible.

Even more time to decide

Within Germany, we go one step further: for many orders, we offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your goods. If you simply wish to register a return, we recommend using our returns form. This allows us to process your request more quickly and provide you with a suitable returns label straight away.

As soon as we receive your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. We will then review the matter and get back to you personally as quickly as possible.

Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal (for Online Purchases)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item of goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (C. Franzen GmbH & Co. KG, Johann-Georg-Halske-Str. 2, 41352 Korschenbroich, Germany; Telephone: +49 (0) 2161 56 15 800; Email: hello@livosy.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
