So how does a Lampe Berger work? Once filled, the burner is lit for approximately two minutes. The flame is then extinguished, allowing the catalytic diffusion process to continue independently. The generated heat actively attracts and destroys the molecules responsible for unpleasant odours.

This makes the fragrance lamp especially effective in open kitchens, after cooking or during long evenings with guests. The air feels cleaner, fresher and noticeably lighter while the fragrance spreads gently and evenly throughout the room.
