Product information "Cushion Cover Dark Grey 50x50 cm"
Dark grey, with a little more personality
A comfortable sofa, your favourite spot and a cushion that quietly brings the whole setting together. The CASUAL cushion cover by pad proves that dark grey can have plenty of character. Its fine, evenly ribbed texture gives the fabric a tactile quality, creating subtle variations in light and shade that make the understated colour feel surprisingly rich. Measuring 50 x 50 cm, this square cushion cover adds a generous, inviting shape to sofas, armchairs and beds. Made from 92% polyester and 8% polyacrylic, the fabric combines a soft, appealing feel with practical everyday care. The deep grey shade feels contemporary and calm without looking cold, making it easy to pair with natural neutrals, warm wooden furniture or more expressive colours. A decorative cushion cover that knows how to make an impression without demanding all the attention. Quite an achievement for a piece of fabric.
Comfort without the colour commotion
The CASUAL cushion cover from pad is an easy-going addition to interiors that evolve over time. Its distinctive ribbed surface introduces texture, particularly when placed alongside smooth upholstery, chunky knitted throws or patterned cushions. Dark grey provides a versatile foundation, allowing other colours to shine while retaining a character of its own. The 50 x 50 cm size accommodates a matching cushion insert and offers plenty of room to lean back and relax. Practicality has been considered, too. The cover can be washed at 30°C, gently tumble dried on a low setting and ironed at temperatures up to 110°C. Bleaching is not permitted, while professional cleaning with perchloroethylene is possible. Certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, the textile has been tested for harmful substances. Thoughtful details like these make it easier to enjoy your favourite pieces as part of everyday life, rather than treating them as something too precious to use.
A little creative spirit in every thread
Behind pad is a brand with an unmistakable enthusiasm for textiles, colour and imaginative living. Founded by Michael Rossmann, the company is now based in Mertingen, Bavaria, and brings its collections of cushions, throws and home accessories to homes across the world. Its designs combine contemporary ideas with textile expertise and a refreshingly relaxed approach to interiors. Many pad products are made by carefully selected smaller manufacturers, predominantly in Europe. The CASUAL cushion cover is produced in Hungary, bringing European manufacturing into a collection designed for modern everyday living. Its restrained dark grey colour reveals a quieter side of a brand often associated with expressive patterns and vibrant shades. At LIVOSY, we appreciate this balance: home accessories with personality that still leave room for the people and moments that make a space feel like home. Good design should become part of everyday life, not compete with it.
Let the textures do the talking
The dark grey CASUAL cushion cover offers plenty of possibilities without requiring an entire living room makeover. Against a light-coloured sofa, it creates a defined contrast, while darker upholstery allows its ribbed texture to take centre stage. Pair it with cushions in cream, sand, olive green or warm rust tones for a relaxed, layered look. Patterned cushion covers and soft throws from the pad collection make equally lovely companions, introducing a little variety without overwhelming the room. For a more understated arrangement, combine different shades of grey and let the textures create interest. At 50 x 50 cm, CASUAL has enough presence to stand beautifully on its own, yet works just as naturally among a collection of decorative cushions. Discover a piece from pad that makes comfort feel effortless and gives your favourite corner a little more character.
