Product information "Cushion Cover White 35x60 cm"
White makes room for beautiful ideas
A bright room, a comfortable sofa and a cushion that quietly blends into its surroundings. Sounds rather ordinary? The white CASUAL cushion cover by pad has other ideas. With its rectangular 35 x 60 cm shape, finely ribbed texture and fresh white shade, it brings a lovely sense of lightness to your living space. Narrow, closely spaced ribs create a tactile surface that catches the light, producing delicate shadows and giving the understated fabric a surprising amount of character. Against pale upholstery, the texture becomes the main point of interest, while darker sofas provide a beautiful contrast for its clean colour. Made from 92% polyester and 8% polyacrylic, the cushion cover combines a soft textile feel with practical everyday care. Its elongated shape makes it particularly appealing as a decorative back cushion on the sofa, layered in front of larger square cushions or arranged as a fresh accent on the bed. A pad cushion cover that doesn't need to be loud to get noticed. White, it turns out, has a few more talents than simply going with everything.
A breath of fresh air for your sofa
The CASUAL collection from pad demonstrates how much personality can be found in a simple fabric. Rather than relying on bold prints or decorative motifs, its evenly ribbed texture creates a subtle interplay of light and shade. This adds depth and interest to an interior without making the overall look feel busy. The white cushion cover pairs beautifully with smooth upholstery, chunky knitted throws and cushions in stronger colours. Its rectangular 35 x 60 cm proportions make it ideal for layering in front of larger square decorative cushions, creating a relaxed balance of different shapes and sizes. On an armchair or bench, the elongated format also feels naturally at home. Everyday care is refreshingly straightforward. The cover can be machine washed at 30°C, gently tumble dried on a low setting and ironed at temperatures up to 110°C. Bleaching is not permitted, while professional cleaning with perchloroethylene is possible. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification confirms that the textile has been tested for harmful substances. Thoughtful details for a home accessory designed to be enjoyed every day, rather than carefully saved for special occasions.
Behind the scenes, things get rather colourful
The story of pad began with an unexpected change of plans. Founder Michael Rossmann was preparing to move to Australia when an unsuccessful client project inspired him to launch his own home textile collection. What started as a spontaneous decision developed into a brand that now supplies cushions, throws and home accessories to more than 30 countries from its base in Mertingen, Bavaria. At the heart of pad is an enthusiasm for colour, a genuine appreciation of materials and an eye for the textile details that make a difference. Production takes place predominantly in Europe, often in collaboration with carefully selected smaller manufacturers. The white CASUAL cushion cover is made in Hungary, reflecting this European approach to production. Its restrained design reveals a quieter side of a brand often associated with expressive patterns and vibrant colours. At LIVOSY, we appreciate this combination of creativity and calm. We believe home accessories should bring personality into everyday life without taking over the room. Good design leaves space for individual ideas and continues to feel right long after the next interior trend has arrived.
A little white brings everything together
The white CASUAL cushion cover is an easy companion for a wide variety of interiors and colour palettes. Against a beige or cream sofa, it creates a harmonious arrangement of light neutrals, while darker upholstery provides a clear, fresh contrast. It looks particularly appealing alongside natural shades such as sand, taupe and warm grey. For a more expressive combination, introduce dark green, terracotta, rust or patterned cushions from the pad collection. A soft throw with a chunkier texture makes an equally lovely partner for the cover's delicate ribs. Thanks to its elongated 35 x 60 cm proportions, CASUAL layers comfortably in front of square 50 x 50 cm cushions, creating an inviting arrangement with a pleasing variety of shapes. It also works beautifully on its own, adding a subtle decorative touch to a favourite armchair or bed. Discover a cushion cover from pad that adapts naturally to changing interiors, bringing a gentle sense of freshness, texture and everyday comfort to the spaces where you love spending time.
