Gold can glow quietly, too

A little light, a little shadow – and suddenly the evening looks rather good. The PHILIPPI PEDRO candle holder in gold turns candlelight into a small spectacle: numerous slender steel rods surround the candle, sitting closely together to create an open cylindrical form. Once the flame is lit, warm light travels through the narrow spaces and casts delicate lines and shadows across the table and its surroundings. The gold finish adds a warm glow of its own, without asking for much decoration around it. Measuring 18 cm high and 18 cm in diameter, PEDRO has enough presence for a dining table, sideboard or windowsill while remaining visually light thanks to its open construction. Made from steel and weighing 2.03 kg, it has a reassuringly substantial feel. From dinner to December

The gold PEDRO candle holder works particularly well when given a little breathing space.
