A woodland visitor with a surprisingly good eye for design

The PHILIPPI MURO Reindeer L looks as though it has wandered in from a snowy winter forest, leaving anything remotely rustic behind on the way. What remains is a distinctive, almost sculptural silhouette in deep black: a slender body, long legs and an expressive set of antlers that gives the figure its unmistakable character. At 33 cm high, 18 cm long and just 6 cm wide, this large reindeer has plenty of presence without appearing bulky. Made from resin and weighing approximately 0.45 kg, MURO is easy to arrange on a dining table, console, sideboard or shelf. Its pared-back design transforms traditional Christmas decoration into a contemporary home accessory that manages perfectly well without an abundance of glitter and greenery. As it turns out, black does Christmas rather well.

Christmas, with considerably less tinsel
