Felt Christmas Tree Dark Green 40 cm

A little forest, without a single needle

A Christmas tree that doesn't leave needles behind – not even the mysterious ones you usually discover in February? Scheulen has taken a rather more relaxed approach. Standing 40 cm tall, this Christmas decoration is made from dark green felt and translates the familiar fir-tree silhouette into a clean, graphic shape. Several pointed sections meet at the centre to create its three-dimensional form, while the stepped edges recall individual fir branches. Designed to stand on its own, the felt tree needs neither a pot nor an additional base and can be placed easily on a sideboard, windowsill, chest of drawers or dining table. Its deep dark green brings just the right amount of Christmas into a room without requiring everything around it to sparkle. At 40 cm high, the Scheulen felt Christmas tree has enough presence to work beautifully on its own while remaining compact enough for smaller arrangements and seasonal table decorations.

Christmas can have a quieter side

It is the combination of a familiar fir-tree shape and soft felt that makes this Scheulen Christmas decoration particularly appealing in interiors where traditional festive colours are welcome but the overall look remains considered. Dark green pairs naturally with warm wood, ceramics, glass and neutral shades. Place it beside candles or lanterns for a calm Advent atmosphere, or use its matt felt surface as a soft counterpoint to shiny baubles and metallic accessories. The 40 cm tree also works well as Christmas table décor, whether positioned along a generous dining table, on a nearby sideboard or incorporated into an arrangement of smaller seasonal objects. Once Christmas is over, simply put it away and bring it out again next Advent. A tradition with refreshingly little maintenance.

From floristry roots to a world of decoration

Scheulen's story began in 1951, when Hans-Ulrich Scheulen started a business selling seeds. Growing demand for floristry supplies gradually shaped the company into a specialist with an extensive range of floristry products, decorative objects and seasonal accessories. Today, Christmas decorations sit naturally alongside pieces for Advent arrangements and decorative interiors. In 2026, the family business celebrates its 75th anniversary and is now led by the next generation. This dark green felt Christmas tree fits neatly into that story: an uncomplicated seasonal object with a strong, recognisable form that doesn't dictate a particular interior style. It is exactly the kind of decoration we appreciate at LIVOSY – something that creates atmosphere while leaving plenty of room for your own ideas.

Four trees don't make a forest. But it's a promising start.

The dark green felt tree works beautifully by itself, although combining different heights and materials creates an especially atmospheric display. Scheulen offers the fir-tree design in further sizes, making it easy to build a small decorative forest with a varied silhouette. Pair it with Christmas accessories in wood, paper, glass or metal, along with candles and gentle lighting. For a more traditional setting, introduce deep red, gold and warm candlelight; for a natural Christmas scheme, wood, cream and green need little more than a few carefully chosen details. At 40 cm tall, the Scheulen felt tree adds height and structure without taking over the arrangement. Place it, give it a little company and let Christmas take care of the rest.
