Felt Christmas Tree Green 60 cm

The only thing greener might be the forest

At 60 cm tall, this Christmas tree has enough presence to create a festive mood and, rather pleasingly, very little interest in taking over the entire room. The freestanding Scheulen tree is made from green felt, reducing the familiar shape of a fir tree to a clean, graphic silhouette. Several interlocking felt sections create its three-dimensional form, with stepped points recalling layers of fir branches. As you move around it, the outline, light and shadow subtly change, giving the simple construction a surprisingly lively character. The fresh green is noticeably lighter than the dark green version in the range and introduces a more natural, uplifting colour to Christmas decorating. At 60 cm high, the felt tree works particularly well on a sideboard, chest of drawers, console or generous windowsill, while also fitting naturally into a larger festive display. No additional stand is required. Simply position it, straighten it and give the silhouette a little room to do the rest.

Somewhere between fir green and candlelight

The 60 cm version sits neatly between a smaller decorative object and a deliberate focal point. That makes it wonderfully versatile without requiring the entire room to be rearranged for Christmas. Its fresh green works particularly well alongside warm wood, cream ceramics and natural materials. Glass and selected metal accessories provide contrast against the matt felt surface, while candles and warm lighting emphasise the tree's graphic edges. For a more traditional Christmas palette, add red, burgundy or gold. For something calmer and more natural, green, brown and cream need little more than a few carefully chosen pieces. The tree can therefore be arranged differently from one Advent to the next while still feeling familiar. Seasonal decoration, after all, may return every year without having to look exactly the same.

75 years and quite an eye for decoration

Behind Scheulen is a family story that began in 1951, when Hans-Ulrich Scheulen started selling seeds and delivering them by motorbike around Mönchengladbach and the surrounding area. Customers increasingly began asking for floristry supplies such as ribbon, wire, pine cones, Iceland moss and candles. Over the decades, this developed into an extensive assortment for floristry, decoration and seasonal occasions, with Advent and Christmas pieces becoming part of the company's world too. In 2026, Scheulen celebrates its 75th anniversary, following the successful generational transition to Bernd and Lutz Scheulen. Those floristry roots feel particularly appropriate here: shape, colour and material are enough to create an atmosphere. It is also precisely the kind of Christmas decoration we appreciate at LIVOSY. It offers an idea without finishing the entire room for you and sits comfortably alongside pieces that are already part of your home.

There is always room for one more tree

The 60 cm felt tree is perfectly capable of standing alone, but mixing different heights adds movement and depth to an arrangement. Combine it with smaller and larger Scheulen trees to create a layered woodland silhouette on a sideboard, windowsill or in an open corner of the living or dining room. Mixing the green and dark green versions is particularly effective: the different tones add depth while the shared material and silhouette keep the composition calm. Candles, baubles, wooden objects, glass and a few metallic accessories can then be introduced in between. The result feels collected rather than overly decorated. And if one tree is quite enough? That works too. At 60 cm tall and in this fresh shade of green, it has no trouble holding its own.
