Paper Tree Green 15 cm

A touch of fir forest, without a single needle

Green belongs to Christmas much like candlelight belongs to December, although here it comes with a more graphic twist. Scheulen's 15 cm paper tree translates the familiar fir silhouette into a small three-dimensional decorative object made from green paper. Numerous fanned layers form softly curved tiers of branches, creating a sculptural texture that changes subtly with the light. There are no baubles, glitter or extra embellishments because the material itself provides all the detail it needs. Simply unfold the tree, secure it with the integrated magnetic closure and place it freestanding on a dining table, sideboard, shelf or windowsill. Once Christmas is over, it folds flat again and requires pleasingly little storage space. At a compact 15 cm tall, this Scheulen Christmas decoration is particularly suited to smaller arrangements and festive table settings, while also providing a lovely green accent on its own among candles, glassware, bowls and other seasonal accessories.

The smallest forest starts with one tree

The character of this paper tree comes largely from its folds. Delicate shadows appear between the individual layers, while the softly curved outlines give the green surface depth and movement. The result changes as you walk around it, making a remarkably lively decoration from a pleasingly simple design. At 15 cm tall, the tree also works beautifully where Christmas decorations are welcome but not expected to occupy every available surface. Place it among tableware and glasses for a wintry dining-table accent, pair it with candles and lanterns on a sideboard or introduce it to other seasonal decorations on a windowsill. Several paper trees in different sizes or colours can create a miniature Christmas forest with very little effort. Better still, this particular forest requires neither watering nor a serious session with the vacuum cleaner in January.

A long story with an eye for the seasons

Scheulen's story began in 1951 with Hans-Ulrich Scheulen, seeds and a motorcycle used for deliveries around Mönchengladbach. Traditional floristry supplies soon joined the range, including ribbon, wire, pine cones, Iceland moss and candles. Over the following decades, the collection continued to grow, expanding into decorative objects, gifts and seasonal pieces for Easter and Advent. In 2026, Scheulen marks its 75th anniversary. The green paper tree sits naturally within this long-standing world of floristry and seasonal decoration: a familiar fir tree shape is given a lighter, contemporary interpretation through paper, folding and a practical magnetic closure. It is also an approach that feels very much at home at LIVOSY. Christmas decorations can reference tradition without repeating it exactly. Sometimes a familiar shape seen from a slightly different angle is all a room needs.

Green gets along with almost everyone

As a classic Christmas colour, green slips easily into a wide range of festive settings. Combine the paper tree with wood, natural shades and warm candlelight for a calm winter atmosphere. Glass and metal create a cleaner contrast, while red, cream and warm white introduce a more familiar festive palette. Within the Scheulen Christmas collection, the 15 cm tree can be paired with larger versions, naturally taking the smaller role in the arrangement. Group several trees across a sideboard or dining table for a varied miniature landscape, or allow one tree to provide a considered seasonal accent on its own. After the festivities, the magnetic closure makes dismantling the scene just as simple: fold it flat, store it away and create something different next Advent. Christmas decorations can return every year without having to look exactly the same.
