Handcrafted in Peru, the square tray measures approximately 20 x 20 cm and combines cowhide leather with an exceptionally soft genuine alpaca fur inlay. There's a reason they called it WEICH

The story behind WEICH Couture Alpaca began in Peru. Founder Jannik Weich first encountered the country as a teenager and, through later travels, developed a close connection with Peruvian culture and its long tradition of alpaca farming. Together with David Kuttschrütter, he turned that fascination into the first WEICH project in 2017. Today, the brand combines traditional Peruvian craftsmanship with a German approach to quality, working with specialised partners and workshops in Peru. According to WEICH, Royal Alpaca is used for its alpaca fur products. The brand also places importance on transparency surrounding the material: alpacas are primarily kept for their valuable wool, and WEICH states that no animals are killed specifically for its fur products. Instead, hides come from animals that have died naturally or are a by-product of meat production. It gives the wonderfully tactile TODO a story that goes rather deeper than softness alone.

Dark Chocolate gets along with almost everything

The rich brown shade makes this WEICH valet tray a natural counterpoint to pale furniture and organic materials, while settling just as comfortably into darker, restrained interiors.
