A heart that takes winter rather calmly

The heating can stay where it is: the WEICH Couture Alpaca AMOR hot water bottle in Dark Champagne prefers to take care of chilly evenings personally. Its distinctive heart shape is wrapped in exceptionally soft alpaca fur, while the warm brown-grey shade changes subtly with the light and gives the playful silhouette a beautifully understated character. There is a reason it is called WEICH

The story of WEICH Couture Alpaca grew from founder Jannik Weich's connection with Peru. His first visit as a teenager was followed by further journeys and a growing fascination with the country, its people and its relationship with alpacas. Together with David Kuttschrütter, he founded WEICH Couture Alpaca in 2017, creating a collection that combines traditional Peruvian craftsmanship with a contemporary approach to home accessories. The brand works with specialised partners and workshops in Peru, where AMOR is handcrafted. WEICH uses Royal Alpaca for its fur products and states that animals are not killed specifically for their hides. Instead, the material comes from animals that have died naturally or is used as a by-product of meat production. This considered approach to origin and production gives the material a context that reaches well beyond its remarkable softness.
