LED Glass Candle Amber 27 cm

27 centimetres to give December a little more glow

The Wirtz LED Glass Candle in Amber, standing 27 cm high, translates the familiar character of candlelight into a decorative glass object. Its slender cylindrical body is crowned with a drop-shaped point that resembles a stylised flame above the amber-coloured glass. Inside, a fine wire carries small LEDs whose light reflects across the tinted surface, creating numerous star-like highlights. The effect is almost like a tiny night sky caught inside the glass. At 27 cm, this is the tallest of the three amber glass candles and therefore brings a little more presence to a sideboard, chest of drawers or windowsill. The LED Glass Candle is battery-powered, designed for indoor use and features an integrated timer. It can therefore be positioned independently of a nearby socket and easily incorporated into your everyday Christmas lighting. And as there is no real flame involved, the candlelight can manage perfectly well without wax or a hunt for the matches.

Tall enough to make an impression, calm enough for home

The additional height gives the 27 cm version a stronger presence while retaining the same restrained character. Its slender silhouette works particularly well on larger sideboards and chests of drawers. Amber glass brings warmth to the design and remains decorative even when the LEDs are switched off. Once illuminated, the light takes over: individual points are reflected across the glass, overlap and subtly change depending on your viewing angle. Battery operation means there is no need for a socket immediately nearby and no cable to disguise among branches, baubles and other seasonal decorations. The integrated timer makes everyday use even easier. Surrounded by fir branches and pine cones, the candle takes on a traditional Christmas character; paired with dark glass, warm wood, cream or metallic tones, it feels calmer and more contemporary.

Festive light without putting the whole room in costume

The glass candle comes from Lichterweihnacht Handelsagentur Stefan Wirtz, based in Jüchen, Germany. Its range focuses on decorative LED lighting for Christmas and winter, from illuminated stars and light rings to light trees, fairy lights and other glowing decorative objects. Many designs share an emphasis on light and form rather than elaborate festive ornament. The Amber LED Glass Candle follows precisely that idea, combining a familiar candle silhouette with tinted glass and energy-efficient LED technology inside. This allows Lichterweihnacht LED lighting to sit comfortably within a traditional Advent arrangement or a more contemporary interior. It is an approach that also feels very much at home at LIVOSY: seasonal decoration can change the atmosphere and make the time of year tangible without requiring the entire room to reinvent itself for Christmas.

Three sizes, and suddenly there is a landscape of light

As the tallest version, the 27 cm LED Glass Candle works particularly well alongside the 20 and 24 cm amber models. Three different heights create rhythm and depth, while the repeated silhouette and matching glass keep the arrangement visually connected. Together, they can form a small landscape of light on a sideboard or chest of drawers with very little else required. Add a few fir branches, pine cones or carefully chosen baubles and the setting is complete. Of course, the 27 cm candle is equally appealing on its own, whether on a windowsill or as a quiet point of light on a shelf. Amber pairs naturally with deep green, warm wood, cream, brown and golden accents, making it easy to incorporate into an existing Christmas scheme. And once the festivities are over, its warm character still feels right for the dark weeks that follow. Good light, after all, does not have to disappear with the last mince pie.
