LED Glass Candle Clear 20 cm

Almost invisible, until the light takes over

The Wirtz Clear LED Glass Candle, standing 20 cm high, keeps its appearance beautifully restrained while having quite a display waiting inside. Its transparent cylindrical glass body is topped with a clear, drop-shaped point inspired by the flame of a traditional candle. A fine wire carrying small LEDs runs through the interior. Thanks to the clear glass, this delicate construction remains visible and becomes part of the design once illuminated: points of light reflect across the surface, overlap and create star-like highlights around the candle. The result feels light and almost weightless rather than relying on colour or elaborate festive motifs. This 20 cm glass candle is battery-powered, features an integrated timer and is designed for indoor use. It can therefore be positioned away from a socket on a windowsill, sideboard, chest of drawers or decorated table. Traditional candlelight may have provided the inspiration, but thankfully not the operating instructions. Matches and wax stains can take the evening off.

Crystal clear: light does not always need colour

The transparent glass makes this version particularly versatile. Rather than introducing a colour of its own, it picks up the shades around it and gives the LED lights plenty of visual space. Place it among green fir branches and Christmas baubles for a festive setting, or combine it with pale wood, white, silver and natural materials for a quieter, more pared-back look. During the day, its slender candle silhouette remains a calm decorative object. In the evening, reflections transform its character as individual LEDs multiply visually across the glass. Battery operation gives you greater freedom when choosing where to place it, with no socket or cable becoming part of the arrangement. The integrated timer also makes the lighting easy to incorporate into winter evenings. One LED Glass Candle for indoor use is supplied.

A few points of light are quite enough

The glass candle is part of the range from Lichterweihnacht Handelsagentur Stefan Wirtz, based in Jüchen, Germany. The brand focuses on decorative lighting and LED designs for Christmas and winter, including illuminated stars, light rings, light trees and fairy lights. Many pieces share a restrained approach in which shape and light create the atmosphere. The Clear LED Glass Candle follows this idea particularly well: rather than festive motifs or strong colours, it relies on transparent glass, a familiar silhouette and energy-efficient LED technology. This allows Lichterweihnacht LED lighting to work naturally with traditional Christmas decorations as well as contemporary, pared-back interiors. It is an approach that fits neatly with LIVOSY too: seasonal decoration can change the feeling of a room without needing to take the whole room over.

Three heights and plenty of bright ideas

The 20 cm glass candle works beautifully as an individual point of light, but it also comes into its own when paired with the other sizes in the clear version. Different heights create an appealing layered arrangement on a tray, sideboard or chest of drawers, while the transparent glass keeps the overall composition visually light. Add fir branches, pine cones and a few baubles for a traditional Advent setting, or choose silver, white, wood and glass for something brighter and more contemporary. The clear candle also sits easily alongside lanterns and other decorative lights. Its neutral appearance makes it appealing beyond Christmas too, because light and transparent glass remain rather useful once the tree has left the room. Whether displayed alone or as part of a small landscape of light, these 20 centimetres leave plenty of room for your own ideas.
