LED Glass Candle Smoky Grey 24 cm

Smoky grey meets a little sky full of stars

A quiet glass object by day, then suddenly alive with little moments of light after dark: the 24 cm Wirtz Smoky Grey LED glass candle plays both roles rather well. Its cylindrical body is made from grey-tinted glass, keeping the delicate LEDs inside visible. Once illuminated, numerous star-like reflections appear across the glass, while the smoky tint lends the light an added sense of depth. The effect feels festive, yet pleasantly grown-up. A lid with a distinctive drop-shaped finial crowns the glass body, subtly recalling the silhouette of a candle without trying to imitate a traditional one. At 24 cm high, this version sits neatly between a small lighting accent and a more prominent decorative object: tall enough to make its presence felt on a sideboard or windowsill, yet compact enough for a table, console or decorative tray. The LED glass candle is designed for indoor use and is battery operated, giving you the freedom to position it away from a socket. There is no power cable weaving its way through the Christmas decorations either. An integrated timer takes care of regular switching on and off. One Smoky Grey LED glass candle is included. And no real flame is required for this one to make an entrance.

A little light with plenty of freedom

The smoky grey glass candle slips easily into different Christmas and winter settings. Place it among evergreen foliage, stars and baubles for a traditional Advent mood, or pair it with black metal, wood, ceramics and simple glass for a more contemporary arrangement. On a windowsill or sideboard, it can also stand comfortably on its own without any overtly festive decoration around it. Battery operation makes these placements particularly easy, allowing the room rather than the nearest socket to decide where the light belongs. The timer adds another practical touch: once set, the illumination can return regularly without having to be switched on by hand every evening. This makes the 24 cm LED decorative lamp just as appealing throughout Advent as during those darker winter weeks when an extra point of light simply makes a room feel more inviting.

Here, the light does the decorating

Lichterweihnacht is associated with Handelsagentur Stefan Wirtz in Jüchen, Germany, and focuses on decorative LED lighting for the Christmas and winter season. The range includes illuminated stars, light rings, light trees, string lights and other decorative light objects. Rather than relying on an abundance of seasonal motifs, many pieces place the emphasis on light, atmosphere and restrained forms. The Wirtz Smoky Grey LED glass candle fits naturally into this approach: the grey glass gives the object character, while the LEDs and their reflections create the decoration themselves. Lichterweihnacht LED lighting can therefore sit comfortably within a traditional Advent display or work as a standalone lighting accent in a contemporary interior. That sense of restraint also feels very LIVOSY. A room does not need an abundance of objects to create atmosphere; a few considered details and the right light can already change quite a lot.

Three together become a little landscape of light

On its own, the 24 cm Smoky Grey glass candle adds a beautiful vertical line to a sideboard, windowsill or table. Combine it with other Wirtz LED glass candles in different heights and the effect becomes even more atmospheric. The staggered glass cylinders create a calm composition, while their individual points of light and reflections play alongside one another. Smoky grey glass pairs naturally with silver, black and cooler grey shades, while warm wood, evergreen branches and pine cones provide a softer, more natural contrast. And there is no particular reason to pack the glass candle away as soon as Christmas is over. With no overtly festive motif, it continues to work as a decorative winter light. The baubles can go back in their boxes and the tree can come down. The light, however, can take its time.
