Product information "Waving Gnome Green Velvet 16.5 cm"
This little fellow is already waving Christmas in
The Lichterweihnacht Waving Gnome in green seems to have decided that a friendly hello can only improve the festive season. With one arm raised, a long pointed hat pulled low over his face, a round nose and a wonderfully generous beard, this 16.5 cm Christmas figure by Wirtz is ready to greet guests, family and quite possibly the delivery driver. Measuring approximately 12 cm wide and 9 cm deep, the gnome is made from plastic with a velvety green surface that gives him an unusually soft, almost textile appearance. It is a refreshing alternative to Christmas decorations covered in glitter and gold, while the compact size makes him wonderfully easy to place. Pop him on a sideboard, shelf or windowsill, or let him join candles, greenery and other festive decorations. The Waving Gnome is designed for indoor use and is battery operated; the required batteries are not included. A timer function adds a practical detail. Each delivery contains one green gnome.
16.5 centimetres of festive good humour
A Christmas figure does not need to be enormous to get noticed. The combination of rich green, monochrome styling and a velvety finish gives this Waving Gnome plenty of character without making the room feel like Santa’s workshop. He barely needs a face to achieve it: the nose, beard, hat and raised hand tell the story rather nicely on their own. At 16.5 cm high, the figure slips easily into an existing Christmas arrangement and can be moved whenever another corner needs a little festive company. Green looks wonderfully natural alongside fir branches and wood, feels cosy near warm candlelight and takes on a more contemporary mood when paired with red, pink, black, grey, white or silver. This makes the gnome equally at home in traditional Christmas décor and more playful modern festive schemes.
A gnome who knows how to make an entrance
Lichterweihnacht is part of the portfolio of Handelsagentur Stefan Wirtz in Jüchen, Germany. The brand focuses primarily on decorative products for the Christmas and winter season, combining contemporary, restrained design with a warm atmosphere. This green Waving Gnome reveals the more playful side of that world. His silhouette remains simple, while the velvet look, bold colour and friendly little wave provide the personality. At LIVOSY, we have a soft spot for Christmas decorations that do not require lengthy instructions to raise a smile. This one simply stands there, waves hello and leaves the rest of the festive story to you. That feels rather fitting to us: Christmas decorating should offer inspiration, not rules.
Happy on his own. Also rather sociable.
Displayed alone, the green gnome brings a confident splash of colour to a console, windowsill or shelf. For a more expressive arrangement, combine different colours and sizes of festive decorations and let them play off one another. Pair green with red, pink, black, grey, white or silver, then add fir branches, candlelight, natural wood or simple baubles. The velvety surface also introduces a soft texture among glass, metal and natural materials, creating a more layered Christmas display. The waving pose makes him particularly charming near an entrance, too; after all, there are few more cheerful ways for a gnome to say “welcome”. A small companion for Advent and Christmas with colour, texture and just enough personality to earn his place year after year.
