Product information "Glass Plate Oh Happy Day M"
A little happiness, right where you left it
A cheerful message on your bedside table, a splash of colour on a shelf, and suddenly the room feels a little brighter. The Gift Company Oh Happy Day M Glass Plate from the Love Plates collection brings exactly that kind of easy-going charm into your home. Made from light green glass, this rectangular decorative plate features the words “OH HAPPY DAY!” in a playful mix of pink, orange, yellow, green and blue. The colourful lettering has a hand-painted, brushstroke-inspired look, while a shimmering gold-coloured rim frames the design and adds a warm finishing touch. Measuring 10 cm wide, 14.2 cm deep and just 0.8 cm high, the plate is compact enough for a bedside table, dressing table or that little corner of a shelf waiting for something interesting. Weighing approximately 110 grams, it is a light and cheerful decorative accessory with plenty of personality. And really, who decided that a plate needs something on it to make people smile?
A happy home for the little things
Rings, earrings, bracelets or those keys that seem determined to disappear every morning: the Love Plates Glass Plate gives your everyday essentials somewhere lovely to land. Its shallow, gently recessed shape makes it a natural choice for displaying small accessories on a chest of drawers, in the bathroom or beside your bed. It also brings a welcome touch of colour to a desk, where the playful lettering offers a cheerful contrast to notebooks and everyday stationery. The gold-coloured edging adds warmth to the fresh green background, creating a combination that feels lively without overwhelming the space. As a birthday present, housewarming gift or little surprise for someone who could use a smile, the message says almost everything for you. Designed primarily as a decorative trinket dish, this glass plate is intended for displaying and storing small treasures rather than serving meals.
Life looks better in colour
The creative spirit behind this colourful piece belongs to Gift Company, a Hamburg-based brand that has been developing gifts and home accessories since 1991. Its philosophy is all about making life brighter, happier and just a little less serious. The brand's motto, “Ein Bunt fürs Leben”, celebrates colour as a joyful part of everyday living, and the Love Plates collection captures that attitude beautifully. With playful messages, expressive typography and lively colour combinations, these decorative glass plates are designed to bring personality to familiar spaces. Created within the world of the German design brand and manufactured in China, the Oh Happy Day plate combines a thoughtful gift idea with a distinctive decorative touch. At LIVOSY, we appreciate pieces like this because a thoughtfully arranged home can make room for a little mischief alongside its quieter favourites.
Good company makes everything brighter
The Gift Company Oh Happy Day Glass Plate looks lovely on its own, but it also enjoys a little company. Combine it with other designs from the Love Plates collection to create a colourful arrangement on a dressing table, console or shelf. Pair it with Gift Company Love Trays decorative trays for an interesting mix of shapes, messages and colours, or place it beside a simple glass vase, a scented candle or natural materials such as wood and linen. The light green glass and gold-coloured rim offer a pleasing contrast to neutral interiors, while the bright lettering feels right at home in more eclectic surroundings. Supplied as a single piece, this compact decorative plate also makes a thoughtful little present for anyone who enjoys expressive details and a sense of humour in their home. A cheerful spot for treasured bits and pieces, with a gentle reminder that today might turn out rather well after all.
